Skinhanok is an online store operated by YALEO LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading as Skinhanok.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the United States.
- All other countries we deliver to: flat international shipping fee of USD 20 per order, added at checkout.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
Processing and delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery within the United States: usually 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- Other countries: usually 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Orders are fulfilled through our established supply partners and delivered by national and international carriers. An order containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Customs and duties
For deliveries outside the United States, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
